We welcome family gatherings and small, respectful get-togethers at the property. Larger events or parties are not permitted without prior approval from the owner. Any approved event may be subject to an additional charge, which will be agreed in advance — please contact us before booking if you're planning anything beyond a standard family stay.
A hot tub is available for guest use throughout your stay. Please follow the safety and usage guidance provided in the house welcome guide, and let us know immediately if anything isn't working as expected.
This is a Grade II listed, privately owned home set in a residential neighbourhood. We kindly ask all guests to respect the property, our neighbours, and these house rules throughout their stay — including reasonable noise levels, especially in the evening and early morning.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. We'll always raise anything we find directly with you rather than charge without discussion.
